You will be the guide for our guests, navigating them through premium cuts of prime beef, world-class sides, and an extensive wine list. What You’ll Do

• The Art of the Table: Provide attentive, timed service that feels seamless and personalized.

• Product Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of our menu, including steak origins, marbling grades, preparation methods, and daily specials.

• Sommelier Support: Recommend wine and spirits that perfectly complement the guest's meal.

• Precision Execution: Accurately take orders and manage table flow, ensuring every steak is delivered at the exact requested temperature.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with the back-of-house and support staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining room

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in high-volume fine dining or a premium steakhouse environment.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of wine, spirits, and various cuts of beef (Prime, etc.).

• Poise: The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak dinner rushes.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal skills and a "guest-first" mentality.

• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
