School Social Worker – 2025–2026 School Year – In‑Person

Job Details

• Start Date: October
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time options
• Location: In-person, school-based
• Caseload: Assigned during interview
• Key Responsibilities:
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Attend IEP meetings and document social work minutes
• Collaborate with special education and student services teams
• Participate in staff meetings and problem-solving teams
• Contribute to MTSS and crisis response plans

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Illinois PEL with School Social Work endorsement
• Experience in schools or special education preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus , but not required
