Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Senior Consultant Organizational Development to work hybrid with our client, supporting the Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness organization. This is a contract role with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. As a Tekberry W-2 employee, you will have access to health benefits including dental and vision.
Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support enterprise initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and readiness assessments.
Lead workforce planning efforts , including forecasting future talent needs, analyzing workforce data, and aligning staffing strategies with business objectives.
Partner closely with HR, Strategic Workforce Planning, Change Management, and business leaders to ensure alignment between organizational goals and workforce capabilities.
Design and deliver training, enablement, and development programs that build change readiness, leadership capability, and adoption of new ways of working.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and workforce plans, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational development best practices, change frameworks, and emerging trends.
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and leadership discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
Document plans, outcomes, and recommendations clearly for executive and stakeholder audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in Organizational Development with a strong emphasis on change management and workforce planning .
Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives and workforce planning projects in complex organizations.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with workforce analytics, modeling, and data-driven decision-making .
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Ability to work in a hybrid model and attend onsite meetings in Atlanta as needed.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci ) and/or Workforce Planning.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformations, operating model changes, or talent strategy initiatives.
Consulting or advisory experience working with executive leadership teams.
Familiarity with HR analytics tools and organizational effectiveness metrics.
