Job Description - Use R or Python to conduct analysis and train and tune ML models for regression - Use SQL to find, clean, transform, and extract needed data from warehouses - Provide mentorship to the entry-level Data Scientist and assist with leading projects - Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate results - Partner with analysts, data engineers, and other data scientists on collaborative projects and workflows - Think critically about how the numbers reflect marketing effects. - Responsible for building analytic systems and predictive models as well as experimenting with new models and techniques - Ensure that data projects align with organizational goals - Utilize data visualization tools to deliver insights to stakeholders. Skills and Requirements Desired Skills and Experience * - B.S., Masters, or PhD in Statistics, Econ, Math or a related field - Advanced level experience coding in R or Python - 5+ years of prior experience as a Data Scientist - Well versed in working with SQL (writing queries from scratch, performing string matching) - Experience supporting projects within marketing, finance, operations, production or similar fields - Strong working knowledge and experience with frequent time series data and minute by minute data - Proficient with Machine Learning and Linear Regression - Strong working knowledge of various methods (Regression, Clustering, Visualization, Decision Trees/Rules, and Random Forests, Deep Learning etc.) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
