*Seeking a Spanish speaking Social Worker MSW
The Clinical Social Worker is a team member of the hospice Interdisciplinary Group (IDG). The Clinical Social Worker provides bio-psychosocial services to patients/families/caregivers which include assessment, care planning, intervention and evaluation. May provide care to premature infants, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, young, middle and older adults.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social work
1 year of experience in health care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Social Worker License upon hire.
Experience in hospice care.

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
