Job Description



The Senior Financial Analyst – Compensation will work cross functionally within the organization, helping to analyze, maintain and document metrics primarily related to compensation across the Company as well as other responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and have the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain, validate, and analyze financial data from various systems to ensure accuracy and completeness for physician compensation items as well as other various accounting responsibilities. Proactively identify and resolve items in collaboration with relevant departments as needed.
  • Translate complex financial compensation distribution models into clear technical requirements and actionable insights for the various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other departments as needed to evaluate new and existing physician relationships and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures to enhance compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and responses for internal and external audits.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses for management review.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with SQL, including writing queries and reviewing or optimizing queries
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot table and data visualization
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs) . This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
