Job Description Automation Analysts lead automation initiatives by applying technical and process expertise. They work across IT and business teams to design, build, and test automation solutions that meet enterprise needs. They manage projects from start to finish-including planning, development, deployment, and handoffs to support teams-and help resolve issues to ensure successful execution. They also guide and support staff to maintain quality and consistency in automation efforts. **They will be the ones discussing business cases with Parallon during the "hand off" and bringing those details back to the team. HUGE personality for this!
