Conduct Safety Audits & Inspections: Regularly inspect and audit work areas, machinery, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Accident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain a detailed log of incidents and report to management. Safety Training & Awareness: Organize regular safety training sessions and workshops for all employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely. Risk Assessment: Evaluate and assess risks associated with various tasks and equipment used in facade and metal fabrication. Recommend control measures to reduce risks. Compliance with Safety Legislation: Ensure that the company adheres to all safety and environmental regulations stipulated by local authorities, industry standards, and corporate policies. Report & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, training sessions, and any incidents. Provide regular reports to senior management on safety metrics and compliance. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure safe practices are followed during fabrication, installation, and other site activities
