Conduct Safety Audits & Inspections: Regularly inspect and audit work areas, machinery, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Accident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain a detailed log of incidents and report to management. Safety Training & Awareness: Organize regular safety training sessions and workshops for all employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely.
