Epic Clarity Report Analyst

Candidate must be knowledgeable regarding business processing needs involved in hospital and clinic operations. This position analyzes, provides specifications for, and writes individual reports for assigned applications. Serves as the primary reporting resources and have responsibility and focus on system support, maintenance, analysis, design, specifications documentation, change control, and versioning of all reporting components used to build and manage and perform multi-system Hospital reporting.

Qualifications:

Required: SQL Development/Programmer

Preferred: Crystal Reports, EPIC Certification, Clarity, Caboodle

• MUST BE EPIC CERTIFIED in any Clarity modules Or Caboodle with SSIS, SQL exp.
• Epic Clarity, Caboodle Focused Role: Must be Certified.
• Tableau Creating Dashboards.
• Epic Clarity, Caboodle Focused Role: Must be Certified.
• EDW - Enterprise Data Warehouse SSIS, SSRS, SQL.
• Reporting workbench and radar is a plus
• Experience with EPIC data repository design and maintenance and database administration and complex reporting analysis as typically acquired in 3 to 5 years.
• Proficient at specifying user requirements.
• Thorough understanding of hospital inpatient, clinic outpatient operations, and/or financial software along with understanding the technical environment of product lines for which they are responsible.
• Strong technical skills in report writing and reporting tools required, such as Oracle, SQL, Crystal, Business Objects or other reporting tools.
• Ability to take the most highly complex problems, requirements, or strategies; research solutions and take from concept to implementation for desired outcomes.
• Work closely with health care application users, vendors, and technical professionals.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service and responding to user needs in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in terms clearly understood by technical and non-technical audiences.
