The Role

Company: Total Shape

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 monthly (based on experience)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Chat Representative to join our remote team. This role involves assisting potential customers through live chat, answering inquiries, and guiding them toward making informed purchase decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers via live chat, answering their questions, and providing product recommendations
• Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products to prospective customers
• Assisting customers with the purchase process, including providing product information and pricing
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experience

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, especially in chat-based environments
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
