We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel Coordinator to help clients research, plan, and book hotel accommodations for leisure and group travel. This role offers flexibility, training, and the ability to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in identifying and booking the best hotel options that suit their travel preferences and budgets
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on destination knowledge and client needs
  • Coordinate reservations, confirm availability, and ensure accuracy of travel details
  • Stay current with hotel offerings, loyalty programs, and promotional deals
  • Maintain accurate records and support clients throughout the booking process
