We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to build a strong foundation in real estate while earning rewarding commissions and gaining consistent, hands-on experience with buyers across Orange County. In this opportunity, you will assist with property showings, client communication, and lead follow-up while learning each stage of the real estate sales process. You will work closely with experienced agents and team leaders who provide guidance, proven systems, and hands-on mentorship, giving you real exposure to how production-focused agents operate successfully. A current real estate license is required. Responsibilities: • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company: This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
