As a quality specialist, you will play a crucial role in responding to, validating, and supporting speak-up cases, while also aligning with our program safety management. Our teams are currently hiring for experience levels 2 and 3 including Associate and Experienced Quality Specialist. **Position Responsibilities:** + Will participate fully on the 777 Speak-up, Quality Stand down resolution & Safety Management support team + Reviews, investigates, and manages Aerospace Safety Reports and Records, and regulatory, program and customer requirements + Monitors and facilitates quality assurance planning related to production products, processes and services + Maintains Quality and manufacturing directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures + Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems + Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development + Assists with 777 program level audits when needed to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business regulatory and customer requirements + Documents investigation results in standard formats, and collaborates with all levels of program leadership + Works under general supervision **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 2+ years of experience with the Quality Management Systems (QMS) + 3+ years of experience in developing presentations for leadership + 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action + 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + 1+ years of experience in project management + 1+ years of experience implementing lean principles + Experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle + Experience in applying LEAN manufacturing techniques for process improvement + Experience in manufacturing or factory support environment + Experience in program management **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Total Rewards:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
