We have an urgent requirement for a Senior QA Engineer based in San Jose, CA , with strong expertise in both Manual QA and UiPath automation . The ideal candidate will bring hands-on testing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Key Skills & ResponsibilitiesQA Testing:
Strong experience in manual functional testing , preferably with ERP applications .
Hands-on experience with Selenium automation frameworks .
Expertise in UiPath (RPA) for automation processes.
Database Validation:
Basic proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for test validation and query writing
Collaboration & Communication:
Ability to work effectively in teams within diverse/multi-stakeholder environments .
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
Global Delivery Experience:
Prior exposure to working in global delivery models .
Ability to manage work across cross-functional and distributed teams .
8+ years of overall QA experience with a mix of manual and automation (Selenium, UiPath).
ERP testing background strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
