Job Description
**Overview:**
Join the USBU Delivery team at IQVIA to lead or support the implementation of the Detect platform-an AI-driven pharmacovigilance automation solution. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy project manager with a strong PV background and a passion for innovation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead global PV project delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.
+ Act as the primary PV contact across the project lifecycle.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, SMEs).
+ Manage project planning, budgeting, risk, and milestone tracking.
+ Support UAT, go-live, audits, and documentation efforts.
+ Mentor teams and manage vendor relationships.
+ Define and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
+ 5+ years in PV and/or project management (pharma, healthcare, SaaS preferred).
+ Strong knowledge of PV workflows (e.g., AE handling, MedDRA coding).
+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
+ PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
**Skills:**
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
+ Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
+ Interest in AI, automation, and NLP in PV.
+ High integrity, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $217,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
