Production Scheduler

We are seeking a Production Scheduler to manage work orders and material flow to ensure accurate and efficient production. This role prepares schedules, maintains BOMs, enters production data, and supports the manufacturing team with inventory and routing issues.

Production Scheduler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 02:00pm)

• Job will not begin until after 01/01/2026
• Review and distribute daily production and work schedules.
• Enter completed work orders and generate progress and inventory reports.
• Create and maintain BOMs in TIW and part setups in SBT.
• Issue work orders, including special size calculations.
• Troubleshoot material flow, routing, and inventory concerns.
• Support new product setups and part conversions.

Production Scheduler Qualifications:

• **Required** 1–2 years of production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing office experience.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel;
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Frequent standing, walking, and computer work; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Manufacturing environment with temps from 50°F to 110°F.
• Reliable attendance required.
