Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Assistant to support our daily production activities and ensure smooth project execution. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the production team, contributing to planning, logistics, preparation, and on-set support to maintain efficiency and high production standards.
Responsibilities
Assist with production planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
Support logistics, equipment setup, and material preparation for shoots.
Maintain organized documentation, reports, and production materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow across projects.
Help manage inventory, supplies, and resource allocation.
Provide general assistance to the production crew before, during, and after shoots.
Uphold clean, safe, and efficient production environments at all times.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Basic understanding of production workflows is a plus.
