In this entry-level position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process by providing essential support to various departments. As a Production Assistant, you'll work closely with producers, directors, and crew members to facilitate daily tasks and maintain an efficient workflow. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities and tasks as assigned by the production team.
• Help with set-up, breakdown, and organization of production equipment and props.
• Manage production schedules and assist in coordinating logistics for shoots.
• Support in maintaining safety protocols on set and ensuring a clean working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to problem-solving during production.
• Run errands and provide support to cast and crew during shoots as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as production schedules require.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
