You’ll provide one-on-one nursing care in the home, offering clinical expertise and emotional support to patients and their families. Duties include:
Performing patient assessments and tracking vital signs
Administering medications and coordinating care with physicians
Managing wound care and evaluating healing progress
Delivering palliative care with compassion and professionalism
Educating patients and families on home care procedures and recovery
Recommending care tools or mobility aids when needed
Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: Active RN license in New Jersey
CPR Certification: Current AHA CPR certification required
Transportation: Must have reliable vehicle for travel between patient homes
Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience Bonus: Prior experience with trach/vent care, ostomies, and suprapubic catheters is a plus
