Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary Manager Passenger Services classification includes the following: coordinates and controls the airport service(s) function guaranteeing compliance with Company standards and contractual agreements; assists in monthly billing procedures, ensures that budget and manning requirements are maintained; meets and maintains communication with customer(s); responsible for monthly reports; locates new business opportunities. Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality and employee relations meet or exceed standards.Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the required company audit requirements are undertaken to ensure continuity and compliance at all times.
  • Read, understand and clarify the implementation of the site-specific security plan and ensure that all WFS staff are issued with a relevant company ID and that they are required to display this identity badge.
  • Ensures they administer practices in a fair and equitable manner, where all employees, customers, vendors and other third parties are treated with respect.Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university;
  • or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Skills
  • Ability to speak/write and be understood by peers, internal and external customers.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
