Job Description

Our law firm is looking for a part-time / of-counsel Marital & Family Law attorney who is ready to help us represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s partners and staff. Florida Bar license preferred. Remote work is OK (other than hearings and events). Responsibilities:

• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action

Qualifications:

• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
