Job Description

We’re hiring nannies who are nurturing, dependable, and experienced to join our team of dedicated childcare professionals. These roles offer 20–40 hours per week with a schedule tailored to meet each family's specific needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, including infants as young as 2–3 months. Responsibilities:

Provide loving, developmentally appropriate care for children, including infants as young as 2–3 months
Ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment that nurtures each child’s individual development and interests
Plan and participate in enriching daily activities such as tummy time, reading, sensory play, and outdoor adventures
Prepare bottles, light meals, and snacks in accordance with family preferences and any dietary needs

Qualifications:

At least three years of hands-on childcare experience in environments such as private homes, daycares, or preschools
Confident and capable of caring for children of all ages, including infants as young as 2–3 months
Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willing to become certified prior to starting the role
Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license for commuting and transporting children as needed
Able to pass a comprehensive background check and provide three professional (non-family) childcare references
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
Strong communicator with the ability to respectfully follow and support a family’s household routines and expectations
