Vert Environmental is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of the South Bay territory and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
• Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM

Qualifications:
• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
• Experience using a CRM is preferred
• You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Sales experience required
• Must live in the Bay Area currently, preferably with daily driving proximity to San Jose
• Good communication
• Must have working rights in the USA
• Must have a driver's license
• Must be 21 or older
• Ability to make good first impressions
• A clean driving record is required
• Income listed reflects base salary DOE. Additional bonus commissions apply when monthly goals are met
