Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented mortgage loan processor for our dynamic lending team. The ideal candidate will have mortgage processing experience, a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry. Hourly/Salary + Bonus Monthly + Quarterly Incentives Responsibilities: • Decide the creditworthiness and complete the mortgage loan application by working with the borrower to obtain necessary and verified financial documentation, such as credit reports • Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial • Input detailed loan process documentation in our system - from origination to close • Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file • Secure property and loan documentation to process mortgage loan files such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records • Serve as a liaison between borrowers, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to support loan approval Qualifications: • Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills • 1 year of previous experience as a Processor in a broker model is required, or • 2 years of experience working as an Underwriter and/or Client Care Specialist • Previous experience navigating the UWM portal is preferred • Previous experience managing a pipeline through Salesforce is preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills - MUST be comfortable on the phone About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
