Salary: $60,000 - $68,800/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Where and How You’d Work:

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do in This Role:

You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, designers, and paid media specialists within a cross-functional squad to refine messaging, test ideas, and ensure every word drives measurable results. You’ll also help maintain copy standards, uphold the Ramsey voice, and partner with your creative peers to deliver clear, effective communication that moves people to take action.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3+ years of professional short-form marketing copywriting experience (emails, landing pages, paid ads, video ad scripts).
• You have experience applying brand guidelines and marketing best practices to copywriting.
• You have experience optimizing advertising copy based on marketing analytics.
• You have experience in a business or ad agency setting ideally.
• You have excellent communication skills (after all, words are your thing).
• You have a strong understanding of Ramsey principles and teachings.
• You have an exceptional presence, emotional maturity, and a proven track record of delivering results.
• You are always in tune with the “pulse” of the organization; a demonstrated track record of influencing, listening, building trust, and affecting change.
• You have the ability to build strong, open working relationships characterized by mutual respect.
• You are a bold, humble, self-aware, smart, and confident team member who seeks the betterment of the team and organization at large versus themselves.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Write clear, effective copy for emails, landing pages, paid social ads, and video ad scripts.
• Collaborate across disciplines with design, marketing, and paid media partners.
• Help make sure that our copy moves the needle for our marketing goals and connects to measurable outcomes.

Must provide professional work samples during the application process.
