Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (Upstream & Downstream)
Location: Pennington, NJ
Hours / Schedule: Full time, onsite, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Flexibility for OT and shift coverage)
Type: Contract to Hire

Overview

Join a cGMP-compliant biologics facility supporting upstream (cell culture) and downstream (purification) operations. Ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience and long-term growth in manufacturing.

Openings

• Upstream : Cell culture, media prep, bioreactors

• Downstream : Chromatography, TFF, viral filtration

Requirements

• 1–5 years’ GMP experience (Biotech, Pharma, Device, or Chemical)

• HS diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in life sciences / engineering

• Comfortable in sterile cleanroom environments

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Able to lift 50lb and stand for extended periods

• Open to temp to hire for long term employment with shift flexibility when needed

Responsibilities

• Upstream : Media / buffer prep for cell cultures, seed train, operate bioreactors, cell harvest

• Downstream : Chromatography (e.g., AKTA), Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), diafiltration operations, viral filtration, final fill

• General : Follow SOPs, maintain GMP documentation, sanitize and maintain production equipment, cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Logistics
