Logistics Specialist ( Korean) Location Duluth, GA :

Job Title: Inbound Logistic Coordinator

Contract Period: 1yr.

Work Address: 3575 Koger Blvd Suite , Duluth, GA 30096

Work Hours: 08:00-17:00

Required Bilinguals Korean

Job Function/Description:

Preparation of ocean import shipments and distribution of Import Documents
General business support function as assigned
Prepare ocean import shipments for assigned customers. This may include customs clearance, updating schedule report, tracking vessel schedule etc.
Prepare ocean import documents for distribution to brokerage department and/or Customers' Broker
Coordinate pick-up and delivery orders with trucking companies, airlines, steamship line and/or bonded facilities in order to obtain necessary information in order to process shipments in the best way.
Filing and data entry.
Issue freight bills and invoices to brokers and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit term.
Collaborate with the team to support various tasks and projects as needed by the company.

Qualifications:

Expert at MS EXCEL is major plus
Required Bilinguals Korean due to need to communication HQ in Korean
Minimum of 3 years direct Ocean Import experience
High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
Computer skills including expert at MS Office.
Familiar with Steamship line website , schedule
Knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable
Good verbal and written communication skill
Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary
Should demonstrate a willingness and ability to quickly adapt to and learn new computer systems and software

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
