This program is designed for drivers who want stability, structure, and long-term career growth .

Pay & Compensation

• Training Pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks

• Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week

• Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (experience based)

• Stop Pay: $15 per stop once solo

• Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit

Most drivers transition to solo quickly after completing training requirements.

Equipment & Freight

• Assigned late-model automatic tractors after upgrade

• No-touch dry van freight

• Combination of drop & hook and live load/unload

• Nationwide freight lanes

This setup allows new drivers to focus on learning, safety, and consistency.

Schedule & Operating Area

• OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset

• Operating Area: 48-state OTR after training

• Home Base: Reno, NV metro region

This is a true over-the-road position built to establish experience and dependable miles.

• Valid CDL-A license (recent graduates welcome)

• Willingness to run OTR for two consecutive weeks

• Must live within 200 miles of Reno, NV
