Fitness Coach – Planet Fitness Adrian (PEC Fitness Inc.)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and motivating Fitness Coach to lead small group training sessions (PE@PF), provide member instruction, and offer fitness guidance while maintaining a positive and encouraging environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, engaging, and effective group training sessions (PE@PF).

• Actively assist members with proper use of equipment and basic fitness programming.

• Design and update program templates as needed to accommodate members’ progress.

• Provide education on Planet Fitness' philosophy and training methods.

• Ensure gym floor is clean, organized, and all equipment is functioning properly.

• Build relationships with members and promote a judgment-free, inclusive atmosphere.

• Encourage member retention by fostering a supportive and goal-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• CPR/AED Certified (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).

• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills.

• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to continuously stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout shift.

• Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
