Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure logistics are handled effectively
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Create and manage budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Ensure events meet safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Handle on-site issues and provide solutions in real-time
- Prepare post-event reports and analyze performance for future improvements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to manage budgets and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel when required
