We are seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst to join the Patient Access Project team. This individual will configure and enhance MyChart features that directly impact patient scheduling, access, and engagement.
Configure MyChart patient portal workflows for scheduling, referrals, and access.
Collaborate with operational analysts to align portal functionality with business needs.
Support testing and troubleshooting of MyChart access workflows.
Provide documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer to teams.
Ensure compliance with security and patient communication standards.
Epic MyChart Certification (required).
Strong experience configuring patient-facing workflows in Epic.
Ability to collaborate across clinical, access, and IT teams.
Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.
