Job Summary
- Conducts, maintains, tests, and repairs electrical/electronic components.
- Performs testing, troubleshooting, and repairs at the component level.
- Analyzes and resolves electronic issues using schematic diagrams and technical expertise.
- Maintains efficiency and timeliness in completing repair orders and projects.
- Ensures compliance with quality performance standards and warehouse safety regulations.
- Keeps work area and equipment clean and orderly.
- Utilizes test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and voltmeters.
- Applies soldering and de-soldering skills (both surface mount and through-hole).
- Handles Hard Drive devices while adhering to ESD policy standards.
- Performs accurate data entry for completed units.
- Works both independently and as part of a team.
- May be assigned additional duties as needed by the warehouse.
- Operates in a warehouse environment and may be required to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Requires a minimum of a 2-year Electronics degree, equivalent certification, or equivalent work experience.
- Must pass a Technical Aptitude Test (where applicable).
- Previous technical experience preferred.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
- Displays eagerness for continuous learning and ability to train/assist users in technology utilization.
