About Us:
The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a key role in maintaining efficient and organized QA/QC systems documents, facilitating communication among team members. The ideal candidate is hands-on and committed to the given task. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Documentation and Record Management 

• Ensure all QA/QC documents are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible for auditing and review purposes

• Assist in preparing comprehensive QA/QC reports summarizing project activities, discrepancies identified, and corrective actions recommended. 

• Compile data and generate reports on inspection results, project milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review. 

• Coordinate communication between QA/QC teams, project managers, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of quality issues. 

• Provide administrative support in organizing and scheduling QA/QC meetings, including preparing meeting agendas and recording minutes. 

• Support quality system engineers to maintain Quality documents. 

• Organize the Quality daily/weekly/monthly meetings 

• Undertaking additional duties as assigned or requested by Quality Director 

Required Skills and Qualifications : 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other field 

• 1-2 years of quality experience

• Excellent organizational, communication, and data management skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with QA/QC software and systems. 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:  

• Certifications in quality management systems (ISO 9001) or administrative tools/software are a plus. 

• Mandarin Proficiency is a plus.
