Job Details:

• Location: 103 Comfort Drive in Jacksonville, IL.
• Pay Rate: $16.00-$16.50 per hour. 
• Status: Part-time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at all times.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold food items.
• Operate the cash register and other in-store equipment.
• Recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Ensure a safe and clean workspace for employees and customers.
• Adhere to all policies regarding age-restricted products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Balance cash drawers and complete shift reports accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21+ (due to age-restricted product sales).
• Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team. 
• Flexibility with shifts and willingness to take on additional hours. 
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs and 25 lbs overhead.
• Stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout your shift.
• Use a ladder or step stool when needed.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
