About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Success Manager / Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an assigned book of business while actively prospecting for new business opportunities within a defined market. This is a hybrid role that combines strategic account management with outbound sales efforts to drive revenue and market share.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers to increase retention and revenue.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to drive new customer acquisition.
• Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to clients and prospects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
• Track activity and results through CRM tools; provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, or networking events as needed to represent the brand.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in outside sales, account management, or customer success.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high degree of ownership.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.

• Base salary of $60,000 with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $125,000+
