Akerman LLP seeks a Corporate Associate with 3 to 7 years of M&A and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm. Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Orlando office location is preferred; however, this position can be located in the firm’s Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Florida, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC offices. Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.
