Note:

• We need a temporary resource to work with our Data Governance & Protection and Enterprise Architecture teams to re-assess data subjects to ensure strategic alignment between business use cases and domain prioritization.
• This is a short-term position for about 1 month duration and we need candidates who are immediately available to join.

Description:

• The DGPO IT Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of robust procedural documentation, optimizes performance through process improvement activities, and bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of an efficient and user-friendly data management solutions.
• The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
• The IT Business Analyst devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and any related improvement initiative. Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas. May include compliance validation.
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Less than 3-5 years of technical experience
• Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
• Experience with Microsoft office suite
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and requirements documentation
• Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
• Six Sigma Certified
