Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: The role involves significant data entry tasks, handling utility outreach, and prioritizing incoming customer requests, including bill inquiries and payment escalations.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling customer requests and payments is crucial due to the heavy data entry nature of the role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are needed to audit work, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Customer Service: Good customer service experience is essential for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, including utilities and customers.
  • Meeting Metrics: The candidate must meet weekly metrics and deadlines, ensuring timely onboarding of customers onto the platform.
  • Work Arrangement: The position is primarily remote with occasional office visits for scheduled meetings.
  • Candidate Background: The role is open to entry-level candidates with one to three years of work experience and a bachelor's degree. Candidates with customer care experience, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate and provide feedback have historically been successful in this role.
  • Resume Evaluation: Resumes should highlight experience working with customers, collaboration with other teams, and detail-oriented roles.
  • Interview Process: The interview process includes a glider assessment followed by a virtual panel interview with Mary and two other team leaders. Interviews are expected to be scheduled the week following the resume review process.

  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, but advanced skills like V-lookups and macros are not necessary.
  • Equipment Provision: The company will provide a laptop and headset, but candidates need to have their own monitors if they require multiple screens.
