Join Our Team as a Part-Time Banquet Server at The Oconomowoc Lake Club!

The Oconomowoc Lake Club is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our exceptional team. As a member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring that every event runs smoothly from start to finish. From behind-the-scenes to front-of-house, your efforts will contribute to making our venue one of the premier locations in Lake Country.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Outstanding Service: Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the event.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with event management, lead servers, and the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience and the highest standards of culinary excellence.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Help prepare the event space and break down setups once the event concludes, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
• Serve Guests: Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Complete prep work and side duties to ensure cleanliness and readiness throughout the event.
• Team Support: Work as part of a dynamic team to address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and exceed expectations.

Shifts & Requirements:

• Shifts are primarily Friday and Saturday evenings, with occasional weekday and Sunday events.
• Previous Banquet serving experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude and a passion for excellent customer service are essential!
• Must be able to bend, twist and stand for an extended period of time.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
