We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work. Who we are looking for: We're currently searching for an Art Director for our Chicago office. The Art Director will have a knack for delivering fresh thinking to ideas and designs.
In this role, you will:
- Apply consistency and continuity of brand across a variety of deliverables in the design and layout of various client projects.
- Translate complex ideas and strategies into clear, concise, and visually appealing designs.
- Design and develop visually engaging presentations and other marketing materials with interactive elements.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all materials.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure visual and narrative alignment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
- Pay strong attention to detail and process.
You will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, contributing positively to a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Enthusiasm and passion for CPG (a plus!).
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
