Job Title: Analyst – Senior
Location: Pax River, MD
Clearance: Minimum of a Secret Clearance

Kwaan Bear IT Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Analyst located at Pax River, MD.

Job Duties:

• Leads the application of analytic techniques and helps define project objectives and strategic direction.
• Is responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams around the methodology.
• Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles.
• Directs the activities of more junior Analysts or other staff as necessary on activities related to the application of analytical techniques and methodologies.
• Demonstrates managerial and supervisory skills.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of experience and an MA/MS degree. (Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience may be substituted for a master’s OR 10 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree)
• A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
