Alumni Program Coordinator – Wellbrook Recovery

Location : Brookfield, WI (On-site, Full-time)

At Wellbrook Recovery , we’re more than a treatment center—we’re a community. We help individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction find hope, healing, and lifelong recovery. We believe that recovery doesn’t end when treatment does. That’s why we’re looking for a compassionate, outgoing, and organized Alumni Program Coordinator to keep our alumni connected, supported, and engaged long after they complete our program.

About the Role:

As our Alumni Program Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and supportive presence that keeps our alumni network strong. You’ll plan meaningful events, stay connected with past clients, and create opportunities for continued community and peer support. You’ll help former clients stay part of the Wellbrook family, which can make all the difference in lifelong recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with alumni and their families
• Organize and lead alumni events, support groups, and social activities
• Reach out regularly to alumni to check in, offer encouragement, and invite them to stay connected
• Partner with our clinical and outreach teams to promote ongoing engagement
• Keep records of alumni participation and outcomes
• Act as a positive role model and resource to the recovery community

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with individuals affected by substance use or in the behavioral health field
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality—you’re the kind of person people trust and enjoy being around
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for helping others feel supported and connected
• Ability to plan and host in-person and virtual events
• Experience in recovery or peer support is a plus (but not required)
