What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Director of Resident Experience to craft personalized activity plans that cater to each resident's unique interests.
• Organize and promote a wide range of activities, from exciting outings to relaxing in-house events, ensuring every day is full of engagement and fun.
• Coordinate transportation for residents' outings and medical appointments, making sure everyone has access to the experiences they desire.
• Take charge of quarterly events that double as community showcases, helping to spread the word about our incredible community.
• Step in as needed in the dining room, ensuring residents have a pleasant dining experience.
• Foster a team-oriented environment where collaboration and positivity flourish.

What We're Looking For:

• A creative and energetic individual with a passion for people and a heart for service.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with residents, staff, and visitors alike.
• A self-starter who can work independently while also thriving as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn just as much!
