Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year accredited college or university is required A minimum of two years of relevant hospital accounting experience and/or training is preferred Experience with Meditech and ADP is highly desirable; familiarity with other third-party payroll systems is acceptable Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard office software Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Willingness and ability to take on complex and challenging tasks
