NurseAmerica is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a travel assignment in the Emergency Department (ED) in Utica, NY. This role is ideal for nurses with ED experience, including some pediatrics, who can manage high-acuity patients across all age groups.
Unit Details Beds: 64 total (2 Triage, 40 Acute, 6 Super Track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 Psych)
Patient Population: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric
Common Diagnoses: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure
Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Charge Capability: Highly preferred
Minimum 2 years ED experience (some pediatrics preferred)
Active NY RN License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (must be in-hand)
