The Client Judicial Branch is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join its Data and Project Management Team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality and integrity of critical applications and data systems that support the Judicial Branch's operations statewide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Validate data integrity and accuracy across judicial applications, databases, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements.
Support data validation efforts for statewide IT modernization and reporting initiatives.
Analyze and troubleshoot system defects, document findings, and support defect resolution efforts.
Monitor quality metrics and contribute to process improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
Experience with quality assurance processes, methodologies, and testing tools.
Familiarity with data validation, data migration, and reporting system testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with government, judicial, or public sector IT systems preferred.
