We are looking for a dedicated Short Form Video Editor to help us turn long-form content into engaging short videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
This is a full-time role only — no part-timers, freelancers, or agencies.
Role Details:
What We're Looking For:
Someone who has experience editing 3–5 short-form videos daily
Skilled at repurposing long-form videos into short content
Understands how to:
Pays close attention to grammar, punctuation, and on-screen text
Has a strong understanding of storytelling in short-form content (this is a big plus)
Passionate about short-form content — if you love watching TikToks, Reels, or YouTube Shorts, you'll fit right in
Can balance both quality and quantity
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in any professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Let me know if you use CapCut as well
Must be available full-time — no side jobs or agency work
Must be able to deliver 3–4 video drafts per day
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
