• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and specials
• Collaborate with kitchen and host staff to ensure seamless service
• Prepare tables by setting up tableware and condiments
• Process payments accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards
• Uphold the restaurant’s brand and values with professionalism and positivity
