Ready to take charge of three successful downstream Oil and Gas Accounts within the in the U.S.?
We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead national client relationships across the oil & gas sector. Based in Houston, you’ll be the face of some of our most established partnerships—running QBRs, leading meetings, and driving success alongside a high-performing recruitment delivery team.
The Account Manager is responsible for expanding contractor headcount and increasing revenue by strategically developing client accounts, securing new staffing and consulting opportunities, and deepening relationships with hiring managers. This role ensures high fill ratios, increases contractor headcount in key accounts and new segments, and identifies opportunities for solution-based sales to maximize long-term client value.
Role Objectives
Drive Key Account Growth and Expansion— Strengthen client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase contractor headcount in key accounts. Leverage lead generation, candidate and client referrals, and proactive outreach to strengthen relationships, and grow existing partnerships, ensuring high service levels and uncovering staffing opportunities.
Recruitment Execution and Talent Delivery- Collaborate with Recruitment Advisors to source and identify top talent for active and passive roles. Oversee candidate submissions, interview coordination, and compensation negotiations to facilitate successful placements and seamless onboarding.
Requisition Qualification and Prioritization - Partner with hiring managers to assess and qualify requisitions, ensuring proper prioritization based on business needs. Identify gaps in opportunities and provide consultative recommendations to optimize hiring outcomes.
Contractor Engagement and Retention - Maintain consistent communication with placed contractors, ensuring a positive experience and long-term retention. Conduct regular check-ins during the first two weeks and monthly thereafter to foster relationships and generate candidate referrals and sales leads.
Strategic Account Planning & Solution Development - Identify client activity levels and develop relationships to capture client-identified hires and expand into new departments or sites. Leverage market research and direct engagement with hiring managers to introduce broader workforce solutions, including Prime Vendor, RPO, Managed Services, and Project Staffing.
