Located in the heart of St. Helena, Wheeler Farms is a historic Napa Valley estate dedicated to sustainability,
small-lot winemaking, and exceptional hospitality. Our working farm and culinary garden reflect our farm-to-table
philosophy, and our bespoke tasting experiences are designed to connect guests to the land, food, and
wine in a meaningful way.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Seasonal Wine Steward to join our hospitality team from June through November. This is a
part-time, support-based role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, guest-focused
environment. You'll assist our Wine Ambassadors in delivering elevated wine and food experiences while
learning more about the Napa Valley wine and culinary scene.

Job Title: Seasonal Wine Steward (Tasting Room Support)
Location: Wheeler Farms Winery – St. Helena, Napa Valley, CA
Schedule: Seasonal, June–November | Thursday–Sunday | Some evenings required for events
Reports To: Hospitality Manager / Wine Ambassador Team
Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience | Eligible for tip pool

Key Responsibilities:
•  Support Wine Ambassadors with all aspects of daily tasting experiences
•  Set and reset tasting spaces, clean and polish glassware, restock wine and supplies
•  Greet and guide guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
•  Assist with food service during pairings, including plating and presentation support
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tasting areas and back-of-house
•  Provide general event support during evening functions as needed
•  Occasionally assist with small tasks around the estate or culinary garden

Qualifications:
•  Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
•  Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service experience preferred
•  Interest in wine, food, sustainability, and hospitality
•  Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
•  Availability Thursday–Sunday, including some evenings for events
